I am offering and facilitating a group coaching program via Zoom, based on my online course Opening to Greater Possibilities.
The purpose of this coaching program is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to get in touch with your desires, explore new avenues for growth and fulfillment, and expand your sense of the possible.
The group component will allow for an exchange of ideas and connection with others interested in personal growth, grounded in an atmosphere of mutual respect and confidentiality. The group also provides social support and accountability, as opposed to simply working through the material on your own.
Spots are limited as I intentionally aim to foster a more intimate atmosphere and ensure that everyone who participates receives some personalized attention.
The group will meet virtually over Zoom on eight (8) consecutive Mondays beginning September 9, 2024, from 7pm to 9pm Pacific Daylight Time (UTC -7). The session topics are as follows:
- Session #1: Group Introductions, Journaling and Self-Care Strategies (September 9, 2024)
- Session #2: Approaching New Explorations (September 16, 2024)
- Session #3: Recognizing and Challenging Your Self-Beliefs (September 23, 2024)
- Session #4: Improving Connections (September 30, 2024)
- Session #5: The Action and Inspiration Cycle (October 7, 2024)
- Session #6: Building Yourself Up (October 14, 2024)
- Session #7: Embodying Your Values (October 21, 2024)
- Session #8: Gratitude and Reflections (October 28, 2024)
The cost to participate is $320. The deadline for signing up is Friday, September 6, 2024.

No previous experience is required with the online course on which this program is based. However, the online course is a great supplement to the live sessions and comes with lifetime access. If you sign up for the coaching program, you can optionally purchase the online course for an additional $50 (normally priced at $197 by itself) at the time of registration only.
